As part of the lead-up to this landmark event, Apollo Children’s has already begun several key initiatives across Navi Mumbai. These initiatives aim to address critical health concerns such as mobile phone addiction, junk food consumption, and general wellness.
Key Highlights of Pre-Conference Activities:
  • ABCC Social Connect: Paediatricians from the Navi Mumbai Association of Paediatrics (NMAP) will visit study centres across Navi Mumbai to engage with children and parents about the detrimental effects of excessive mobile usage and junk food consumption. These visits will provide an opportunity for doctors to share essential health advice and promote healthier lifestyle choices among children and families. As part of this initiative, educational support will be provided to the study centres, with donations of school bags, notebooks, rechargeable lights, and blackboards, facilitated by Takshshila Prabodhini Samajik Sanstha.
  • Bachpan – A Community Event for Parents & Caregivers: This interactive event is designed to equip parents and caregivers with practical knowledge on child development, emotional well-being, and effective parenting strategies. Led by paediatric experts and featuring international faculty from renowned institutions, Bachpan will offer a global perspective on paediatric care and provide insights into raising healthy, well-adjusted children in today`s fast-paced, digital world.
