The Initial Public Offering of Ellenbarrie Industrial Gases Limited was subscribed 22.19 times on the final day of bidding.
The issue received bids of 33,52,80,754shares against the offered 1,51,08,983 equity shares, at a price band of ₹380-400, according to the data available on the stock exchanges.
Retail Portion and Non-Institutional Investors Portion were subscribed 2.14 times and 15.21 times respectively, whereas Qualified Institutional Buyer Portion was subscribed 64.23 times.
Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited, IIFL Capital Services Limited, JM Financial Limited are the book-running lead managers, and KFin Technologies Limited is the registrar of the issue.
