New assignments strengthen CCSPL’s role in shaping India’s inclusive and sustainable growth story
Mumbai : Choice Consultancy Services Private Limited (CCSPL), a leading consulting firm and a subsidiary of Choice International Ltd., has won prestigious project mandates worth approximately ₹140 crores (inclusive of GST). Spanning housing, agriculture, MSME development, water resource management and urban planning, these assignments reinforce CCSPL’s role as a trusted partner for high-impact development initiatives across India. Details of key projects secured is given below:
1. Slum Rehabilitation (Maharashtra | 72 Months): CCSPL, in joint venture with its partners, will provide architectural planning, project management, construction supervision, and quality control under MHADA’s SRA framework for redevelopment of Rajiv Gandhi Nagar, Malwani, Malad West, Mumbai.
2. PACS Computerization (Odisha | 20 Months): As System Integrator, CCSPL will digitize 1,625 Primary Agricultural Credit Societies to boost efficiency, transparency, and farmer-centric service delivery.
3. MSME strengthening under RAMP (Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan | 24 Months): CCSPL has been appointed by a government company to closely work with MSME, SHG and Artisans of Himachal Pradesh and Rajasthan for bringing awareness about government scheme benefits, assisting them for Marketing and branding and ensuring quality products while on the other side will assist state government for better MSME policy based on study and ground feedback.
4. New Chandrapur City Development (Maharashtra | 84 Months): CCSPL, in joint venture with its partners, will deliver urban strategy, feasibility studies, bid advisory, and quality control to support Chandrapur’s planned growth and infrastructure development.
5. Yamuna Water Transfer DPR (Rajasthan | 6 months): CCSPL has been appointed by a government company for preparation of a detailed project report for transferring Yamuna water to Rajasthan’s arid districts to strengthen long-term water security and agricultural sustainability.
6. Indira Gandhi Nahar Project (Rajasthan | 18 months): CCSPL has been appointed by a government company as Engineering Management Consultant under the Rajasthan Water Sector Restructuring Project (RWSRPD), supported by the New Development Bank. The engagement covers rehabilitation and modernization of IGNP Stage-I to restore canal capacity, reclaim waterlogged land, improve irrigation efficiency, and promote climate-resilient agriculture and rural development.
7. Water Resource Projects (Rajasthan | 6–12 months): CCSPL has been appointed by a government company to take Initiatives including rejuvenation of the Sabi/Sahibi River, ecological restoration of Kanota–Chandlai–Nevta dams, and storm water management in
Bharatpur and Deeg. These projects focus on enhancing water security, restoring ecosystems, and promoting sustainable resource use.
