With over 18 years of diverse experience across leading luxury hotel brands, Mr. Singh will spearhead the Food & Beverage division, further strengthening the hotel’s culinary offerings, innovative dining concepts, and enhancing guest satisfaction.
In his new role, Mr. Singh will oversee the entire spectrum of food and beverage operations at Novotel Hyderabad Airport, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and events. His strategic vision, proven track record in business development, and expertise in operational excellence will play a key role in positioning the hotel as a culinary destination of choice for both business and leisure travellers. While Food Exchange and Gourmet Bar 24×7 have already earned recognition for their successful culinary campaigns, Mr. Gyandeep Singh’s leadership and experience will further strengthen these initiatives and ensure their continued growth and success.
Mr. Singh has worked with renowned hospitality brands such as IHCL (Taj Hotels), Hilton, Hyatt, The Leela, ITC Hotels, and Marriott, excelling in leadership roles across Hyderabad, Bangalore, Goa, Chennai, and Mumbai. In his experience, Mr Singh has successfully managed portfolios that delivered higher F&B revenues, while consistently delivering budgetary success with significant year-on-year growth. He was also instrumental in strategic marketing initiatives, luxury client servicing, beverage pricing innovations, and operational efficiency enhancements across his career path.
His achievements include launching the iconic Q Bar at Hilton Chennai, executing award-winning restaurant concepts, and developing marketing and promotional strategies that boosted revenues and guest engagement. With certifications including Six Sigma Green Belt and training at global luxury brands, he brings an innovation-driven, guest-centric approach to his leadership.
