Mumbai : The initial public offering (“IPO” or “Offer”) of units of Anantam Highways Trust, an InvIT established to invest in, own and operate road assets in India, will open on Tuesday, October 7, 2025 at a price band of Rs 98 to Rs 100. The offer closes on Thursday, October 9, 2025. Anantam Highways Trust is issuing Units aggregating up to ₹4000.00 million. The Anchor Investor Bidding Date is Monday, October 6, 2025.
The Units are proposed to be listed on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (the “NSE”) and BSE Limited (the “BSE”, together with NSE, the “Stock Exchanges”). In-principle approval for listing of the Units has been received from BSE and NSE on June 17, 2025 and June 18, 2025, respectively. National Stock Exchange of India Limited is the Designated Stock Exchange. This Issue will constitute at least 18.39 % of the total outstanding Units on a post-Issue basis.
The Net Proceeds of the Offer are proposed to be utilized for the following objects: (i) Providing loans to the Project SPVs for repayment or pre-payment of external debt, in part or full, including accrued interest, of their respective outstanding borrowings, estimated at ₹3,760.00 million (₹376 crore); and (ii) for general purposes.
This Offer is being made through the Book Building Process in compliance with the SEBI (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014, as amended (“InvIT Regulations”) where not more than 75% of the Issue Size shall be available for allocation to Institutional Investors on a proportionate basis provided Up to 60% of this portion may be allocated to Anchor Investors on a discretionary basis.
Further not less than 25% of the Issue Size shall be available for allocation to Non-Institutional Investors, subject to valid Bids.
Bids can be made for a minimum lot of 150 Units and in multiples of 150 Units thereafter by Bidders other than the units subscribed for by Anchor Investors.
The Sponsor of the Trust is Alpha Alternatives Fund Advisors LLP. The Investment Manager is Alpha Alternatives Fund-Infra Advisors Private Limited, and the Trustee is Axis Trustee Services Limited.
Nuvama Wealth Management Limited is the Sole Book Running Lead Manager to the Issue.
