Dr. GVK Reddy, Chairman TAJGVK Hotels & Resorts Ltd said, “In Q2 FY2026, TAJGVK has reported a revenue of INR 109 crores, an EBITDA growth of 12%, EBITDA margin at 33% and a PAT of INR 23.5 crores. The company demonstrated a strong H1 FY2026 with a double-digit revenue growth, an EBITDA margin of 37%, and an all-a PAT of INR 60 crores.”

He added, “The second half of the fiscal will continue to experience demand buoyancy in the traditionally strong quarters ahead. The greenfield 256-key project Taj Yelahanka located at north Bengaluru is in advanced stages of completion and is expected to open in the coming months.”

Key Highlights:

  1. Greenwoods Palaces & Resorts Private Limited – a JV company which operates Taj Santacruz, Mumbai, reported a revenue of INR 50 crores with an EBITDA of INR 18 crores in Q2 FY2026 and a revenue of INR 105 crores with an EBITDA of INR 38 crores in H1 FY2026.
  2. IHCL’s iconic brand Taj is ranked as India’s Strongest Brand 2025 and World’s Strongest Hotel Brand 2025 as per Brand Finance – UK. TAJGVK has five Taj branded hotels in its portfolio.
  3. Operating agreement was executed with IHCL for the upcoming 256-key Taj hotel in Yelahanka, Bengaluru.
