Mumbai : Alpine Texworld Limited, formerly known as Alpine Spinweave Limited, engaged in the manufacturing of yarn and grey fabric through spinning and weaving capabilities. Company proposes to open its Initial Public Offering (Mainboard) on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 aiming to raise up to ₹ 1,262.52 Mn (At Upper Price Band), with shares to be listed on the NSE & BSE platform.

The Issue size is up to ₹ 1,262.52 Mn with a price band of ₹ 100 – ₹ 105 Per Share.

Equity Share Allocation

  • QIB – Not More Than 1% of the Issue
  • NII– Not Less Than 29% of the Issue
  • Individual Investors – Not Less Than 70% of the Issue

The net proceeds from the IPO will be utilized for (i) Proposing to finance the cost of setting up a new weaving unit at Proposed Manufacturing Unit 3 to expand its production capabilities to produce Grey Fabric at Ahmedabad, (ii) Prepayment or repayment, in part or full of certain outstanding borrowings and (iii) General Corporate Purposes. The issue will open on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 and will close on Thursday, July 16, 2026.
