Mumbai: Kansai Nerolac Paints Limited, one of the leading paint companies in India, today announced a strategic partnership between its 100% subsidiary, Nerofix Private Limited, and Italy’s Durante Adesivi S.p.A., a subsidiary of Soudal Group. The partnership marks a significant step for Kansai Nerolac, as it brings together an established European manufacturer and one of India’s leading paint & coatings companies, and is aimed at strengthening its India’s adhesives ecosystem.

The formal agreement was signed by Mr Debashish Vanikar – CEO (Adhesives & Head Construction Chemicals Division Kansai Nerolac Paints Limited) and Mr Digvijay Sharma, MD Soudal India Pvt Ltd. in presence of senior representatives of both companies, reaffirming their shared commitment to innovation, quality, and long-term growth in the Indian market.

Through this collaboration, Nerofix will leverage its pan India distribution network, extensive technical service infrastructure, and longstanding B2B customer relationships to accelerate Durante Adesivi’s market penetration in India. Durante Adesivi, in turn, brings its European expertise and product technology in hotmelt adhesives, enabling Indian customers to access globally benchmarked solutions. The partnership is expected to unlock new growth opportunities in India’s expanding adhesives and woodworking industry.

Nerofix Private Limited has been a specialist in industrial and consumer adhesives for over 25 years, serving a wide spectrum of B2B and B2C customers across India.
