Mumbai: Shares of Mumbai-based Leap India Limited, largest on-demand asset pooling provider in India’s supply chain management sector (based on the number of pooled Assets), according to the F&S Report, listed at Rs 166 on the exchange.

The scrip reached a high of Rs 167 on the NSE, and Rs 166.80 on the BSE.

As per NSE, the total quantity traded stood at 929.16 lakh shares, on BSE the total Quantity stood at 89.32 lakh shares. Total Turnover (BSE+NSE) on Day 1 stood at Rs 1599.41 crore.

The Market Capitalisation of the Company at today’s closing price stood at Rs 6,392.18 crore as per BSE and Rs 6,431.83 crore as per NSE.

The offer, with a face value of Re. 1, consists of a fresh issue of Rs 480 crore and offer-for-sale of Rs 2,000 crore by promoters – Vertical Holdings II Pte Ltd and KIA EBT Scheme 3 (acting through its trustee, Catalyst Trusteeship Limited).
