Management Commentary
Commenting on the results, Mr. Priyadarshi Pany, Chairman, Managing Director & CEO, said: “The first quarter is seasonally our lightest, and this year followed that established pattern. What we are encouraged by is the top line: total income grew 21.2% year-on-year on a consolidated basis and 27.4% at the standalone level, and our standalone loss narrowed by 12.7%. Consolidated PAT margin also improved by 144 basis points year-on-year.
“Our cost base is largely fixed through the year while revenue recognition remains weighted towards the second half, driven by government project and budget cycles. We continue to invest deliberately in proprietary platforms, AI and data-led capabilities, and in expanding our footprint across India and international markets. With a robust order book in hand, and a strengthened balance sheet following our listing, we remain confident of delivering a strong full-year FY27.”
