National: Raymond Realty, the real estate arm of Raymond, today announced that its residential development ‘TenX Habitat (Phase 1)’, located on Pokhran Road, Thane, has been officially awarded the Silver rating by the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) under the IGBC Green Homes Rating System.
