Mumbai: Shares of Tempsens Instruments (India) Limited, which is a thermal engineering and specialised cable manufacturer, listed at Rs 634 on the exchange, a premium of 111.3% to IPO price.

The scrip reached a high of Rs 634.85 on the NSE, and Rs 635 on the BSE.

The scrip closed at Rs 586.65 on the NSE, and at Rs 586.8 on the BSE.

As per NSE, the total quantity traded stood at 510.84 lakh shares, on BSE the total Quantity stood at 47.68 lakh shares. Total Turnover (BSE+NSE) on Day 1 stood at Rs 3320.2 crore.

The market capitalisation of the Company at today’s closing price stood at Rs 4919.3 crore as per BSE, and Rs 4951.16 crore as per NSE.

The issue received bids of 2,79,44,59,050 equity shares against the offered 1,51,81,667 equity shares, according to data available on the stock exchanges.

Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) and Retail Portion were subscribed 302.88 times and 60.69 times, respectively. Non-Institutional Investors (NII) portion was subscribed 314.44 times.
