Mumbai: Deepa Jewellers Limited, which is an organized B2B designer, processor and supplier of hallmarked gold jewellery, primarily having operations in Telangana, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Kerala, has garnered Rs 137.91 crore from anchor investors ahead of its initial public offering, which opens for public subscription on 1 September, 2026.
The company informed the bourses that it allocated 77,91,789 equity shares at Rs 177 per share to anchor investors.
Some of the marquee institutions that participated in the anchor include Nomura Singapore Limited, Citi Group Global Markets Mauritius Private Limited, Maybank Securities Pte Ltd – ODI, Ashoka India Equity Investment Trust Plc, Motilal Oswal Finvest Limited and WhiteOak Capital Equity Fund
Amongst equity-oriented schemes, the company has allocated shares to Tata India Consumer Fund, Tata Dividend Yield Fund and Unifi Mutual Fund – Unifi Flexi Cap Fund.
Out of the total allocation of 77,91,789 equity shares to the anchor investors, 14,96,796 were allocated to 2 domestic mutual funds through 3 schemes.
Emkay Global Financial Services Limited and Valmiki Leela Capital Private Limited are the book running lead managers, and Bigshare Services Private Limited is the registrar to the issue.
The equity shares are proposed to be listed on the NSE and BSE Limited.
