Hyderabad: The Sudha Reddy Foundation and the MEIL Foundation on Monday announced the third edition of Pink Power Run, an international half-marathon and community fitness initiative, to be held on September 27 at People’s Plaza, Necklace Road, Hyderabad. The event is expected to draw more than 20,000 participants and will offer a total prize pool of ₹75 lakh, with awards for more than 100 winners.

The event was announced at a press conference attended by Sudha Reddy, Founder of the Sudha Reddy Foundation and Director, MEIL, Miss World 2025 Opal Suchata Chuangsri and Dr. Pragnya Chigurupati, a breast oncosurgeon with 10 years of experience. Speaking on the occasion, Ms. Sudha Reddy said the Pink Power Run was intended to go beyond being a sporting event and serve as a reminder of the importance of fitness, preventive healthcare, and early action. Emphasizing the timeless adage that “Health is Wealth,” she noted that a healthy community is the foundation for creating a stronger, more vibrant economy.
