Commenting on the performance, Mr. Ashish Rai, Group CEO of Aurionpro Solutions, said: “Our Q2 FY27 performance reflects a clear step-up in momentum, with revenue reaching ₹415 crore, up 16% both year-on-year and sequentially, while sustaining profitability despite accelerated R&D investments and continuing input cost pressures. After a measured start to the year, the tide is turning on multiple fronts. Once-in-a-generation market shifts demand a disproportionate commitment to product investment. Having embraced that conviction early, we are now beginning to see the market validate our strategy. Backed by healthy demand across our core businesses and an expanding pipeline, we are well positioned to drive stronger growth ahead.
Across global banking, institutions are moving from legacy, process-centric systems toward agentic, AI-native architectures. The pace of this transition, coupled with regional geopolitical uncertainties, had temporarily elongated decision cycles as banks reassessed their long-term roadmaps. Implementations are now largely back on track, and the near-term drag from these disruptions is behind us. Because we invested ahead of the curve to build a truly AI-native banking stack, we are seeing exceptional customer interest and engagement as these products enter the market. Deal velocity is noticeably up, with several engagements at advanced stages and multiple Proofs of Concept underway across Asia and Europe, led by our agentic AI solutions and AI-native Trade Finance offerings. We are now on a cadence to roll out brand new AI-native software every quarter this year, helping our clients turn this architectural shift into tangible business outcomes.
Our Technology Innovation Group strategy across Transit Payments and Data Centres is delivering strong validation, with both segments recording significant traction in their order books and pipelines. Having established Aurionpro as a preferred technology partner powering India’s Automated Fare Collection (AFC) ecosystem across marquee metro and mass transit networks, we are now taking these proven full-stack credentials global to capture the expanding smart mobility opportunity. In Data Centres, as the AI wave drives unprecedented demand for high-density compute infrastructure, we are strengthening our market position through new engagements with leading hyperscalers. Our focus is squarely on building the pre-eminent, independent, full-stack AI data centre partner.
A defining pillar across both segments is our “bits to atoms” strategy, anchored in the conviction that the next era of technology and infrastructure transformation belongs to companies that unify intelligent software with precision-engineered physical systems. We are now seeing clear commercial success from this convergence through deeper backward integration across software, engineering, and manufacturing. Building on the blueprint we proved in Transit, where our state-of-the-art manufacturing already supports our mobility deployments, we are expanding our advanced manufacturing capabilities to produce critical infrastructure components for both next-generation Data Centres and mass transit systems. Owning more of the value chain from physical hardware to the software layer gives us tighter control over quality, deployment timelines, and unit economics, driving stronger operating and margin efficiencies at scale while positioning Aurionpro at the forefront of India’s high-tech manufacturing ecosystem growth.
As we close H1 FY27, our deliberate investment cycle is translating into commercial momentum and strong customer adoption. First-half margins reflected our planned front-loading of R&D, alongside development expenditure capitalised under applicable accounting standards, to bring a new generation of offerings to market such as Verdict, our AI-native onboarding platform, Infinity OS, and frontier enterprise solutions from Lexsi Labs. While we will continue to react strongly to market and technological shifts, we believe the incremental intensity of these investments peaked in H1 and will likely moderate going forward. We are entering H2 FY27 with an order book of approximately ₹2,050 crore and improving execution velocity, we remain excited and committed to deliver the promise of our Vision 2030 and to delivering sustainable, long-term value for our stakeholders. I want to thank our teams across the globe for their commitment, customer focus, and execution through this period.
