Mumbai : Baskin Robbins, the iconic American ice cream brand and the largest QSR ice cream chain in India and the world, has announced the launch of its all-new Italian Gelato Range for the summer season. Through this launch, the brand aims to continue its journey to establish itself as a premium dessert destination in India, expanding its offerings and pushing the boundaries of indulgence by going beyond traditional ice cream. In FY25, Baskin-Robbins has recorded handsome growth and is eyeing an encore in the year ahead. 
For the summer range, Baskin Robbins India has introduced an entirely new  Italian Gelato category consisting of delicious new scoop flavours and exciting sundaes. They have also introduced an extension to their range of kids’ sundaes – with the princess and knight sundaes. 

The new Italian Gelato Range features softer and creamier textures, and bold intense flavours, each crafted with premium ingredients to provide an authentic Italian experience. The Italian Gelato flavours introduced include Chocolate & Roasted Hazelnut, Mango and Cream and Blueberry Cheesecake Gelato.

Complementing these are the Italian Gelato Sundaes, layered with decadent accompaniments and toppings for anyone seeking an elevated and authentic experience – these creations serve as your passport to the heart of Italy. The Italian Gelato Sundaes flavours include - Berry Me in Cheesecake, Cotton Candy Wonderland, and Salted Caramel & Brownie among others

Last year was a milestone year for Baskin Robbins, as the company opened 1000th store in India and the subcontinent. With 120 new stores opened in FY24-25 and continued focus on innovation and premiumization, the company projects strong double-digit growth for FY26. The brand has been expanding its footprint and is now present in over 290 cities across India with significant presence throughout the Indian market. While retail parlours remain the primary revenue driver, Baskin Robbins has consistently grown its packaged consumer goods (CPG) segment and institutional/B2B channel, including partnerships with hotels, restaurants, hospitals, and multiplexes. 

The newly- launched Italian Gelato range are now available at all Baskin Robbins parlours nationwide with the price range Rs. 115 onwards.
