5 New Dealerships Inaugrated at Jhansi, Ghaziabad, Raipur, Bharuch and Kadappa
Mahindra Inaugurates 5 New Dealerships in July at following cities:
- Vashu Raj Automobiles, Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, with the facility spread over 35,000 sq.ft and a total of 6 vehicle service bays.
- Aggarwal Elite Motors, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, with the facility spread over 34,000 sq.ft and a total of 7 vehicle service bays.
- Bathwal Services, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, with the facility spread over 27,000 sq.ft and a total of 10 vehicle service bays.
- K P Trucking, Bharuch, Gujrat, with the facility spread over 51,000 sq.ft and a total of 6 vehicle service bays.
- Navata Automotives, Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh, with the facility spread over 87,000 sq.ft and a total of 8 vehicle service bays.
- These 5 new dealerships cumulatively adds 2.5 lac sq.ft of infra and 37 bays in workshops for customer care.
- With this, the network of Mahindra Trucks and Bus Division (MTBD) has grown to 85 of 3S dealerships, 174 Authorized Service Centres, 72 Mahindra Customer Care Centres, 2900 Roadside Assistance service points, in addition to a spares network of over 1600 retail outlets, with 22 exclusives strategically located MParts Plazas to further improve reach on important trucking routes across India.
- The New Dealerships are fully geared to offer sales, spares, and service to the entire range of products – HCVs, ICVs, LCVs and Buses.
Bengaluru: After a strong 4 year CAGR growth of 46% in business volume in F’24, Mahindra’s Truck and Bus Division (MTBD) inaugurated five state-of-the-art dealerships in the month of July spread over four states in India which adds 37 service bays that can service more than 75 vehicles per day while also providing driver lodging, 24-hour breakdown assistance, and AdBlue availability.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Jalaj Gupta, Business Head – Commercial Vehicles, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, said, “MTBD has a strong presence in the Indian CV market, having already secured the No. 3 position in numerous sectors and markets. We are confident that the addition of these 5 new dealerships to our network will help expanding our reach, which will help our customers for vehicles servicing and will provide more uptime to their fleets. Mr. Gupta further emphasized about their vehicle’s superior technological prowess, launching the new mileage guarantee “Zyada Mileage Nahin toh Truck Wapas” for BS6 OBD II range of trucks, which promises unmatched value by increasing profitability for transporters. He further added that these state-of-art 3S facilities coupled with strong dealer partners will set high customer service standards and expand the MTB business.

MTBD has also guaranteed uptime on its Breakdown service by getting the truck back on road in 48 hours, else the Company will pay the customer Rs. 1000/- per day. Additionally, guaranteed turnaround of vehicle in 36 hours at the dealer workshop or company will pay 3000/- per day.
