Mumbai: Mr. B. S. Sharma enters into a strategic partnership with Brookfield Asset Management Ltd. to develop Asia’s largest Global Capability Center (GCC) in Powai, Mumbai. The iconic 6-acre development, spanning 2 million sq. ft. of lettable area, is being built through a venture led by Brookfield in partnership with Mr. B. S. Sharma. It is set to house the Asia’s largest GCC for a marquee multinational bank under a significant 20-year lease, reflecting a strong long-term trust and confidence in Supreme Ventures. Scheduled for completion by 2029, the ambitious project is expected to attract investments exceeding USD 1 billion and is projected to generate over 30,000 jobs, providing a substantial boost to the region’s economy and talent ecosystem. The development is designed to market-leading sustainability standards and will operate entirely on 100% green power, setting a new benchmark for scale, quality, and environmental responsibility in the commercial developments space.
