Mumbai: Capital Infra Trust InvIT has garnered Rs. 703 crores from anchor investors in the anchor round. The initial public offering that opens for public subscription on Tuesday, January 7, 2025. The Trust through its Investment Manager has informed the BSE and NSE that it allocated 7,10,10,000 units at Rs. 99 per unit on Monday, January 6, 2025, to anchor investors.
Domestic Institutions who participated in the anchor book includes i) Insurance companies & Pension Funds such as SBI Life insurance, SBI Pension Fund, HDFC Life & Axis Max Life Insurance ii) Mutual Funds such as HDFC Mutual Fund, ICICI Prudential, Quant Mutual Fund, Axis Mutual Fund, Kotak Mutual Fund and BoB Mutual Fund iii) Other Institutions such as Nuvama AIF, Kotak AIF, PICO Capital & NAVI Finserv.
Out of the total allocation of 7,10,10,000 units to the anchor investors, ~42% of units were allocated to Mutual Funds, ~34% units were allocated to Insurance companies, ~14% units were allocated to Pension Funds and remaining to others institutions. Lead Managers for the Issue are SBI Capital Markets Limited, HDFC Bank Limited. Registrar to the Issue is KFin Technologies Limited.
