The Initial Public Offering of Crizac Limited was subscribed 59.82 times on the final day of bidding.

The issue received bids of 1,54,56,72,839 shares against the offered 2,58,36,909 equity shares, at a price band of ₹233-245, according to the data available on the stock exchanges.

Retail Portion and Non-Institutional Investors Portion were subscribed 10.24 times and 76.15 times respectively, whereas Qualified Institutional Buyer Portion was subscribed 134.35 times.

Equirus Capital Private Limited, and Anand Rathi Advisors Limited, are the book-running lead managers, and MUFG Intime India Private Limited is the registrar of the issue.
