Commenting on the performance, Mr. Puneet Dalmia, Managing Director & CEO – Dalmia Bharat Limited, said, “GST rate cut is a commendable initiative by the Indian government aimed at boosting consumption and demand at a time when the economy is navigating through external geopolitical pressures. Mr. Dharmender Tuteja, Chief Financial Officer – Dalmia Bharat Limited, said “During the quarter, our revenues improved by 11% YoY while EBITDA increased by 60% to Rs 696 Cr backed by healthy cement realizations and benign costs. Our 3.6 MnT Umrangso clinker line has commenced trial production in Sep2025 and should commence commercial production by Q3 FY26. With a strong balance sheet and encouraging profitability outlook, we are steadily progressing towards our vision of becoming a PAN-India player.”

  • Trial runs commenced at the 3.6 MnT clinker line in Umrangso, Assam during September, with commercial production expected to begin in Q3 FY26.
  • Commissioned 93 MW of RE capacity, taking our operational RE capacity to 387 MW
