National : Building on the momentum of the ‘Moments That Matter’ campaign launched last month, Interio by Godrej, a leading furniture brand from the Godrej Enterprises Group, collaborated with renowned storyteller Priya Malik to mark the opening of its new experiential flagship store in Vikhroli, Mumbai.

At the launch of the 22,000 sq. ft. store, spoken word artist Priya Malik, in her signature style, brought to life how our spaces shape some of the most cherished memories that stay with us through time.

As part of the ‘Moments That Matter’ campaign, the brand has released a moving spoken word video titled “Ghar, ghar jaisa hota hai”, written and performed by Priya Malik. The piece beautifully captures how thoughtfully designed spaces serve as emotional anchors in today’s fast-paced lives — from the quiet comfort of morning coffee on the balcony to the warmth of conversations around the dining table. Through her evocative narration, Priya celebrates the moments, big and small, that truly make a house feel like home.

Speaking on the collaboration Reshu Saraf, Head of Integrated Marketing & Communications, Interio by Godrej, said, “Our campaign ‘Moments That Matter’ shifts the conversation from furniture as mere utility to pieces that help nurture genuine connections both with ourselves and with our loved ones. The video will be amplified across digital and social media platforms through influencer collaborations, encouraging audiences to reflect on their own moments that matter and reimagine the spaces they call home. The new Ad campaign title ‘Moments that Matter’ has been conceptualized by Contract Advertising.

Earlier this month, Interio by Godrej announced that that it plans to launch 500 new stores by FY29 in different formats, flagship stores as well as Interio Studios in large and small formats.

At the Vikhroli edition, beyond the new range of products, there are experiences for customers, including the Mangrove Kitchen, an in-store cafe inspired by the lush mangroves of Vikhroli and imagined as a space to celebrate the rich biodiversity of Vikhroli. Complementing this are three curated look books, intended to be spaces for inspiration and reimagination that bring to life the ‘Moments that Matter’, spaces designed around the many moods and moments that define our homes.

The Archive Gallery in the store takes visitors on a journey through Godrej’s rich design legacy, which has shaped Indian homes and workspaces for over a century, from tubular steel chairs to the iconic steel almirah.

To showcase Indian craftsmanship that champions a modern Indian aesthetic, Interio has partnered with several furnishing brands including Adigami Studio by Aditi Anuj, BR Pandit, Cane Concept, Heirloom Naga, Makaan by Tahir Sultan, Oorja, Sirohi and Svabhu Kohli.

The launch event featured a fireside chat by fashion designer David Abraham on the influence of the Bauhaus movement on design in India and an immersive digital experience by Aaron Myles to show how well-designed spaces can help to shape the moments that matter.

The launch of this store builds on Interio by Godrej’s rebrand, unveiled last month, which positions Interio by Godrej as a design-led lifestyle brand anchored by a century of trust. With a vibrant coral logo, the new identity embodies creativity, warmth and the spirit of modern India.
