Technip Energies, a global technology and engineering powerhouse has onboarded 280 trainees across its India operations in Delhi, Chennai, Mumbai, Ahmedabad and Dahej this year. This talent acquisition drive included participation in campus placements across leading engineering institutions including Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) and National Institutes of Technology (NITs), reflecting the company’s continued focus on building a future-ready, diverse workplace to support our business in India and globally.

This year also around 60% of the trainees hired in India are women, reinforcing Technip Energies’ continued commitment to being an inclusive employer and driving gender diversity in core engineering and project roles.

The onboarding comes at a significant time for Technip Energies in India. Earlier this year, the company announced the opening of a new operating office in GIFT City, Ahmedabad, and a cutting-edge Research & Innovation Center in IITM Research Park, Chennai. These additions compliment the company’s existing operations in India, deepening both local projects and global delivery capabilities.
