Mumbai : Shares of Euro Pratik Sales Limited made an impressive debut on the exchange to open at 10.71%premium.

The scrip listed Rs 273.45 per share on BSE, a premium of 10.16, and Rs 272.10 per share on NSE, a premium of 10.71%. The company’s share price closed at Rs 248.25 per share on the BSE, at Rs 248.20 per share on the NSE.

As per NSE, the total quantity traded stood at 117.46 lakh shares, on BSE the total Quantity stood at 11.28 lakh shares. Total Turnover (BSE+NSE) on Day 1 stood at Rs 332.8 crore.

The Market Capitalization of the Company at today’s closing price stood at Rs. 2,537.12 Crore as per BSE and Rs. 2,536.60 Crore as per NSE.

The company had offered ₹451.31 crores issue for subscription from September 16 to September 18. This garnered substantial interest, and the offer was subscribed around 1.41 times. Qualified Institutional Buyer Portion and Non-Institutional Investors Portion were subscribed 1.10 times and 2.02 times respectively, whereas Retail Portion was subscribed 1.31 times. Employee Portion was subscribed 4.09 times.

Euro Pratik Sales Limited was incorporated on January 19, 2010, Mumbai headquartered company operates on an asset-light business model, with a strong focus on product design and development. As at March 31, 2025, with a portfolio of over 3,000 designs spanning over 30 product varieties (Source: Technopak Report) and 113 catalogues (involving a combination of products and designs) launched in last four years, Euro Pratik functions as a fast-fashion brand within the industry. The company’s products are distributed through a well-established and extensive network across 116 cities in India, as at March 31, 2025.

To aid its marketing efforts, it has partnered with renowned celebrities Hrithik Roshan and Kareena Kapoor Khan as brand ambassadors for its “Euro Pratik” and “Gloirio” brands, respectively.

According to the Technopak Report, the Company provides durable and eco-friendly alternatives to traditional wall decor like wallpaper products and premium wall paints. As at March 31, 2025, its distribution network spans 116 cities in India, with 180 distributors operating across 25 states and five union territories in India.
