The company has appointed Venkatesh Tiwari as the Chief Operating Officer, forming part of Senior Management Personnel (‘SMP’) effective April 1, 2026, as part of a planned leadership transition following the upcoming retirement of current COO Tejinder Singh Kalra on August 31, 2026.
