50 lakh order received for solar panel cleaning drones from a leading EPC player

– 5x faster cleaning speed than traditional methods with 200 bar industrial pressure

– Made-in-India innovation for high-rise façades, solar panels, and large infrastructure

Mumbai : Jyoti Global Plast today announced the launch of AeroClean, an advanced range of industrial cleaning drones engineered to make large-scale cleaning operations faster, safer, and more sustainable. The company has also received an order worth ₹50 lakh for solar panel cleaning drones from a leading solar project EPC player, marking a major commercial milestone for its unmanned systems division.

Developed under the Make in India initiative, AeroClean brings automation and precision to a sector that has long relied on manual labour and high-risk operations. Built as a robust industrial multirotor UAV, each AeroClean unit delivers 200 bar cleaning pressure, carries 10 kilograms of water or cleaning fluid, and covers 200–250 sq. ft. per battery cycle, thus completing cleaning operations up to five times faster than conventional methods while reducing both water usage and human exposure to risk.

The first commercial order will see the deployment of AeroClean units for solar panel cleaning across large-scale renewable energy installations. These drones will enhance efficiency, improve maintenance turnaround times, and reduce the operational challenges faced in hot, dusty field environments. The drone operates for 20–30 minutes per flight, powered by a quick-swappable battery system that enables seamless, continuous operation. With advanced GPS lock, collision detection, and a fail-safe return-to-home mechanism, AeroClean ensures reliability and safety even in winds up to 25 km/h.

“With AeroClean, we’re not just introducing a product but also a smarter, safer way of working,” said Hiren Shah, Managing Director, Jyoti Global Plast. “Our goal is to replace risk with precision, downtime with productivity, and manual effort with intelligent automation. Through AeroClean, we aim to make industrial cleaning more sustainable, efficient, and future-ready.”

By combining engineering innovation with operational practicality, the company aims to create measurable impact — improving workplace safety, reducing water waste, and redefining maintenance standards across industries.

With the launch of AeroClean, Jyoti Global Plast strengthens its position as a homegrown technology innovator, contributing to India’s vision of self-reliance and sustainable industrial advancement.
