Mumbai : With over a decade of experience at Indian law firms and prominent in-house roles, Pracheta brings deep expertise in corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, and industry specific regulations, spanning the edtech, fintech, digital media, technology, pharmaceutical, e-commerce and sports sectors. Her diverse background equips her with a unique insight into the intersection between legal risk, regulatory frameworks and business strategy.

Pracheta joins from Dream Sports, where she served as the Director of Legal.
