Mumbai : HDFC Securities, one of India’s leading stockbroking firms, today in a strategic move to foster a more flexible, diverse, and employee-centric work environment, announced a series of progressive work arrangements, aligning with recent announcement by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi. These measures aim to boost productivity, support work-life balance, and adapt to the evolving external environment.

Effective 1st June 2026, all Corporate and Support Functions including Operations, Information Technology, Finance, Human Resources, Risk, Compliance, Legal & Secretarial, Research, and Marketing will adopt a hybrid work model. For the next two months, these units will operate remotely for two days each week. This flexible model is designed to be reviewed at the end of the period, based on external conditions and operational requirements.

In addition, HDFC Securities had already reinforced its commitment to work-life balance by announcing that, effective April 1, 2026, all branches would observe a full Saturday off each week. This change, followed by a previous schedule of staying open on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturdays, had been seamlessly integrated without any impact on customer service, driven by HDFC Securities’ 24/7 digital platforms.
