Marks sixth centre in India; strengthens preventive healthcare expansion strategy

Chennai: NURA, an advanced diagnostic venture between Fujifilm Healthcare and Dr Kutty’s Healthcare, has expanded its footprint in South India with the launch of its preventive health screening centre in Chennai. Located in Egmore, the facility marks NURA’s sixth centre in India and reflects the company’s continued focus on expanding access to advanced preventive healthcare and early disease detection services.

The facility was inaugurated in the presence of senior leadership from Fujifilm, NURA and Dr Kutty’s Healthcare including Mr Jun Higuchi – Corporate vice President and General manager of Medical Division, FUJIFILM Corporation; Mr Nobuo Matsunobe – Managing Director, NURA; Mr Koji Wada – Managing Director, FUJIFILM India; Mr Masaharu Morita – Founder & Programme Director, NURA

The Chennai launch marks an important milestone in NURA’s India expansion journey. Designed to offer AI-enabled full-body health screenings, the Chennai facility integrates advanced imaging and diagnostic technologies to support faster detection of diseases at early stages. The centre has the capacity to screen up to 40 guests per day.
