- Revenue from Operations increased 44.05% YoY to ₹802.63 million.
- Total Income stood at ₹860.97 million.
- EBITDA increased 29.78% YoY to ₹130.31 million.
- EBITDA Margin stood at 16.24%; moderation reflects strategic investments in nearshore delivery, global sales expansion and AI capability building.
- Profit After Tax increased 57.13% YoY to ₹92.28 million.
- PAT Margin improved to 11.50%; Basic EPS stood at ₹0.80.

- Balanced Revenue Mix (Q1 FY27):
- Educational Technology Services contributed 63.4%
- Educational Technology Products contributed 36.6%
- Client Base Strength & Retention: Top 5 clients contributed 73%, while Top 10 contributed 82.6%, with an average client relationship tenure of 11 years among the top 10.
- Operational Scale & Delivery Strength: Workforce stood at 1,114 employees, supported by stable delivery capabilities across engineering, platform services, assessment operations, and content development.
- Nearshore delivery operations generated around ₹10 crore revenue during the quarter and achieved significant improvement in gross margins, with further expansion expected as utilization improves.
- Expanded global sales presence across the US, UK and Dubai strengthened customer engagement and pipeline generation.
- Continued progress on the AQA implementation, reinforcing Excelsoft’s credentials in large-scale digital assessment infrastructure.
- Advanced AI investments included enterprise capability development and training of employees, while AI capabilities continued to be embedded across products and delivery platforms.
- The Company continued evaluating selective inorganic growth opportunities in India and the US supported by a healthy balance sheet.
