Mumbai/New Delhi: The Shri Aggarwal Digambar Jain panchayat Najafgarh, felicitated Dr Ashar Agarwal, Chief Business Officer, Dr Agarwals Eye Hospital, at the hospital’s newly opened Najafgarh facility, recognising his professional achievements and contribution to eye care. The occasion also marked the continuation of Dr Agarwals Eye Hospital’s eye-care journey in Delhi-NCR, with its Najafgarh facility bringing comprehensive eye-care services closer to residents of the area and surrounding communities.

For residents of Najafgarh and surrounding areas, accessing specialised eye care has often involved travelling to other parts of Delhi, including Dwarka, particularly for consultations and treatment. With the opening of its Najafgarh facility, Dr Agarwals Eye Hospital is taking advanced eye care closer to people’s doorsteps, enabling residents to access consultations, diagnostics and surgical services within the local community. The expansion is aimed at making timely and comprehensive eye care more accessible, while encouraging residents to seek timely diagnosis and treatment rather than delay care due to distance.

Dr Ashar Agarwal, Chief Business Officer, Dr Agarwals Eye Hospital, said, “I am deeply honoured to be felicitated by the Agarwal Mahasabha, Najafgarh. India continues to face a significant burden of avoidable vision loss, making timely eye examinations, diagnosis and treatment important. The opening of our facility in Najafgarh is part of our continued effort to take comprehensive eye care closer to communities and make specialised services more accessible. We hope our presence here will encourage residents to prioritise their eye health and seek timely care rather than delay treatment due to distance.”

Shri Anil Jain, Shri Aggarwal Digambar Jain panchayat Najafgarh, said, “It is a matter of great honour for us to felicitate Dr Ashar Agarwal in recognition of his professional achievements and commitment to advancing eye care.
