Mumbai : Amba Auto Sales and Services Limited (The Company Amba Auto) is engaged in automobile and consumer electronics retail, proposes to open its Initial Public Offering on Monday, April 27, 2026 aiming to raise ₹ 65.12 Crore (At Upper Price Band), with shares to be listed on the NSE Emerge platform.
The issue size is 48,24,000 equity shares at a face value of ₹ 10 each with a price band of
₹ 130 – ₹ 135 Per Share.
Equity Share Allocation
- QIB – Not more than 4,64,000 Equity Shares
- NII– Not less than 22,86,000 Equity Shares
- Individual Investors – Not less than 18,32,000 Equity Shares
- Market Maker – Up to 2,42,000 Equity Shares
The net proceeds from the IPO will be utilized for funding capital expenditure for setting up new showrooms and renovating existing ones, to meet the working capital requirements and general corporate purposes. The issue will open on Monday, April 27, 2026 and will close on Wednesday, April 29, 2026.
