Q1 FY27 Consolidated Key Financial Highlights

  • Revenue from Operations of ₹132.48 Cr, YoY growth of 5.97%
  • PBT of ₹8.71 Cr, YoY growth of 24.42%
  • PBT Margin of 6.58%, YoY up by 98 Bps
  • PAT of ₹6.46 Cr, YoY growth of 29.98%
  • PAT Margin of 4.87%, YoY up by 89 Bps

Recent Key Business Highlights

Rights Issue – During the quarter, the Company has successfully raised an amount of Rs. 52.93 Crore through Rights issue for augmenting the working capital requirement of the Company and General Corporate Purpose.

Procurement of Long-Term contract from Haldiram Nagpur – Company has secured a significant order for the deployment of 100 dedicated vehicles from Haldiram, Nagpur dealing into Sweets, Namkeen etc. Under this contract, AVG will provide logistics services to the FMCG customer across the Western and Southern regions, as well as key eastern states including Odisha, Bihar, and Jharkhand.

Joint venture with Baidyanath Group – The Company has join hands with Baidyanath Group and incorporated a Joint Venture Company which aimed at accelerating the adoption of LNG-powered transportation solutions across key industrial sectors, including steel and metals, FMCG, cement, and other high-volume logistics segments. Through this collaboration, AVG will leverage its extensive logistics network and customer relationships, while Baidyanath LNG will provide access to LNG fleets, fueling infrastructure, and technical expertise.
