Mumbai: The Initial Public Offering of Behari Lal Engineering Limited was subscribed 7.78 times on the second day of bidding, demonstrating strong demand from retail and non-institutional investors for this IPO.

The issue received bids of 5,76,69,144 equity shares against the offered 74,12,769 equity shares, according to data available on the stock exchanges.

Retail Portion and Non-institutional portion were subscribed 9.36 times and 11.11 times respectively. Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) was subscribed 2.22 times.

The issue kicked off for subscription on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, and will close for subscription on Friday, August 14, 2026.
