Mumbai: Finolex Cables Limited, one of India’s leading manufacturers of electrical and communication cables, today announced the elevation of Mr. Mahesh Viswanathan as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the appointment of Mr. Sachin Naik as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective June 1, 2026.

A qualified Chartered Accountant with over four decades of professional experience, Mr. Viswanathan has been associated with Finolex Cables for more than 17 years and most recently served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. During his tenure, he has played a pivotal role in strengthening Finolex Cables’ financial and operational foundation, supporting business expansion, and contributing significantly to its long-term growth strategy.

Mr. Naik joins Finolex Cables as CFO with nearly three decades of experience across leading manufacturing and multinational organisations. He brings extensive expertise in financial strategy, capital allocation, fund raising, investor relations, corporate governance, risk management, business transformation, and operational excellence. Over the course of his career, he has held leadership positions at UPL, Supreme Industries, and Shalimar Paints, where he led strategic growth and transformation initiatives.
