National: Glenmorangie, the renowned Highland single malt Scotch whisky distillery, announces the launch of The Lasanta 15 Years Old in India – a new expression that elevates the brand’s sherry cask maturation journey while further strengthening its aged portfolio in the market.
The launch completes Glenmorangie’s evolved age-led range of 12, 15, and 18 Years Old expressions, offering consumers a more elevated journey through the brand’s signature house style – known for its smooth, elegant and fruit-forward character layered with notes of citrus, vanilla, honey and delicate spice. Following the reimagination of The Original as a 12 Years Old and the introduction of Infinita 18 Years Old, The Lasanta 15 Years Old now takes its place as the portfolio’s richly layered, sherry-forward expression.
One of Glenmorangie’s most loved whiskies globally, The Lasanta has now been matured for 15 years, bringing greater depth, balance, and complexity to the expression. Crafted using a combination of bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, the whisky delivers a richer interpretation of its signature style, where sun-drenched sweetness meets warm spice.
With Indian consumers increasingly gravitating towards richer, more layered flavour profiles, The Lasanta 15 Years Old highlights Glenmorangie’s mastery of sherry cask maturation, a defining element of this expression.
