Pantomath Group facilitates and closes the marquee transaction, reinforcing investor confidence in IGM’s vision to build India’s first integrated digital infrastructure for the gold economy
Mumbai: India is home to one of the world’s largest private gold reserves, with households estimated to own nearly 25,000 tonnes of gold valued at approximately US$2.4 trillion as per World Gold Council. Yet, despite the sheer scale of this wealth, much of the country’s gold economy continues to operate through fragmented and largely unorganized networks, constrained by trust deficits, inconsistent pricing mechanisms, limited digital adoption and the absence of integrated market infrastructure. It is this structural opportunity that India Gold Metaverse (IGM) seeks to unlock by building India’s first integrated digital infrastructure for the gold economy.
In a strong endorsement of this vision, Pantomath Group, one of India’s leading investment banks, has facilitate successfully raised approximately ₹300 crore private equity raise for India Gold Metaverse (IGM), including a secondary placement. The transaction witnessed participation from a distinguished group of investors including Mr. Ashish Kacholia, Jagdish Master Family Office, Waaree Family Office, Ravi Sheth Family Office and Anuj Sheth Family Office, reflecting strong conviction in IGM’s ambition to build a transparent, trusted and digitally connected ecosystem for India’s gold, bullion and jewellery industry.
Mr. Jignesh Shah, Founder, 63 Moons Ltd is the Mentor and Coach of IGM, IGM combines Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence and financial market technologies to build an integrated digital infrastructure for India’s gold economy. The Platform comprises four interconnected technology pillars:
- Elanzia™: A digital aggregation platform for jewelers and bullion participants
- RamMudra™: Blockchain-enabled digital gold and coins

- BullionX™: An institutional trading infrastructure designed to enable efficient price discovery, liquidity and settlement.
Together, these platforms seek to formalize one of India’s largest traditional industries while unlocking new opportunities for consumers, jewelers, investors and financial institutions.
The investment thesis resonated strongly with investors, driven by the structural opportunity presented by India’s deep rooted gold consumption, the ongoing formalization of the bullion and jewellery industry, increasing adoption of digital technologies and IGM’s scalable platform driven business model. Investors also recognized the opportunity to back a category defining business capable of creating foundational market infrastructure for one of India’s most significant asset classes.

management interactions and product demonstrations, and successfully closed the transaction
within an accelerated timeline of under 60 days despite heightened geopolitical uncertainty and volatile market conditions.
