Bengaluru: ixigo Trains, India’s leading AI-based train ticketing platform, today announced the launch of Holiday Packages with ixigo Bharat Darshan, a new feature that enables users to discover and book IRCTC’s curated spiritual and family travel packages directly within the ixigo Trains app.

The ‘ixigo Bharat Darshan’ feature will enable travellers to seamlessly plan their journey end-to-end, bringing together train travel, accommodation, sightseeing, meals and local transport in a single curated package. This makes it easier for travellers to plan and manage their trips without coordinating multiple bookings across platforms.

The feature will initially focus on spiritual circuits across India. Travellers can browse and book curated packages to destinations such as Vaishno Devi, Ayodhya, Char Dham, Tirupati and Shirdi, as well as family favourites such as Kashmir and the Northeast as well. Packages are available across Comfort and Superior categories, with prices starting from Rs. 6,990 and going up to Rs.2–3 lakh for premium experiences.

​One of the key advantages of the feature is that it provides a guaranteed travel alternative for travellers who cannot secure confirmed train tickets. For instance, a traveller planning a trip from Delhi to Vaishno Devi can still complete the journey without being waitlisted by booking a curated Bharat Darshan package through ixigo Trains, without having to coordinate multiple bookings separately.
