Mumbai: Kanohar Electricals Limited, which is one of the leading domestic players in transformer manufacturing in terms of revenue in Fiscal 2026, listed at Rs 685.50 on the exchange, a premium of 8.5% to IPO price.

The scrip reached a high of Rs 786.95 on the BSE, and Rs 787 on the NSE. The scrip closed at Rs 751.30 on the BSE, and at Rs 754 on the NSE.

As per NSE, the total quantity traded stood at 216.12 lakh shares, on BSE the total Quantity stood at 23.80 lakh shares. Total Turnover (BSE+NSE) on Day 1 stood at Rs 1,767.9 crore.

The market capitalisation of the Company at today’s closing price stood at Rs 5,949.31 crore as per BSE, and Rs 5,950.89 crore as per NSE.

The issue received bids of 1,05,92,88,506 equity shares against the offered 1,16,93,326 equity shares, according to data available on the stock exchanges.

Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) and Retail Portion were subscribed 215.37 times and 20.51 times, respectively. Non-Institutional Investors (NII) portion was subscribed 87.74 times.
