Mumbai: The Initial Public Offering of SFC Environmental Technologies Limited was subscribed 0.27 times on the second day of bidding, exhibiting demand from non-institutional investors on day 2.

The issue received bids of 38,59,155 equity shares against the offered 1,41,59,744 equity shares, according to data available on the stock exchanges.

Non-Institutional Portion & Retail were subscribed 0.37 times and 0.34 times, respectively. Qualified Institutional Buyers portion was subscribed 0.08 times. 

The issue will close for subscription on Thursday, October 29, 2026.
