Mumbai: Shares of Runwal Enterprises Limited, which is a real estate developer present across the full spectrum of real estate development, specializing in residential projects that cater to affordable, mid-income, and luxury segments as well as commercial spaces, retail malls and educational buildings, listed at Rs 305.00 on the NSE.

On the BSE, the shares listed at Rs 306.00, a premium of 0.33% to IPO price.

The scrip reached a high of Rs 307.75 on the NSE, and Rs 307.35 on BSE.

As per NSE, the total quantity traded stood at 134.71 lakh shares, on BSE the total quantity stood at 12.72 lakh shares. Total Turnover (BSE+NSE) on Day 1 stood at Rs 439.28 crore, as of 3:48 pm.

The Market Capitalisation of the Company at today’s closing price stood at Rs 4,503.13 crore as per BSE, and Rs 4,455.09 crore as per NSE.

The company had offered a nearly Rs 500 crore issue for subscription from Friday, September 25, 2026, to Tuesday, September 29, 2026.

The initial public offering (IPO) of Runwal Enterprises was subscribed 2.50 times, according to data available on the stock exchanges. It received bids for 3,03,19,681 shares against 1,21,11,294 shares offered. The non-institutional investors (NIIs) portion was subscribed 3.94 times and retail investors portion was subscribed 1.12 times.
