• Achieves final funding milestone under lender-approved restructuring
  • Secures ₹120 crore for settlement of remaining lenders
  • Paves the way for completion of the Company’s financial turnaround

Mumbai: Supreme Infrastructure India Limited (NSE: SUPREMEINF | BSE: 532904), an integrated engineering and construction company, today announced that it has achieved the final financial milestone towards implementation of its Scheme of Compromise and Arrangement with its lenders. The Company has created a Fixed Deposit of ₹120 crore with State Bank of India, the Lead Bank, sufficient to meet the balance settlement obligations payable to the remaining lenders under the Scheme.

The creation of the Fixed Deposit marks the completion of the Company’s funding obligations under the sanctioned Scheme of Compromise and Arrangement. The funds have been earmarked exclusively for facilitating settlement of the remaining lenders upon completion of the requisite banking and escrow formalities. This milestone represents a significant step in the Company’s financial restructuring journey and reinforces its commitment to honouring its obligations to all stakeholders.

Reflecting on the significance of this milestone, Mr. Pankaj Sharma, Director, Supreme Infrastructure India Limited said, “This milestone represents more than the fulfilment of a financial obligation—it reflects the confidence of our stakeholders and our unwavering commitment to honouring every promise made under the Scheme. We remain focused on creating long-term value and ushering in the next phase of growth for Supreme Infrastructure.”

The matter was taken up before the Hon’ble Company Court on 20 July 2026, where the Court took on record the creation of the Fixed Deposit and granted time until 17 August 2026 for completion of the remaining procedural formalities by the concerned banks and stakeholders to enable full implementation of the Scheme.

“Today’s milestone reinforces our commitment to transparent governance, timely execution and responsible financial management. With the funding obligations now fulfilled, we are confident that the remaining procedural steps will pave the way for the successful completion of the Scheme and the Company’s revival”, said Mr. Sidharth Jain, Chief Financial Officer, Supreme Infrastructure India Limited.

With the required funds now secured, the Company believes that the remaining process is largely procedural in nature. The successful completion of the Scheme will mark the culmination of a comprehensive restructuring process undertaken to strengthen the Company’s financial position, enhance stakeholder confidence and create a strong platform for operational revival and sustainable long-term growth.

“This is a defining milestone in the Company’s revival journey. With the funding obligations under the Scheme now fully secured, the implementation process has entered its final stage. We believe the completion of the remaining procedural formalities will mark the successful conclusion of one of the most significant corporate restructuring exercises undertaken by the Company. We are grateful to all our lenders, strategic investors, regulators and stakeholders for their continued trust and support,” he added.
