Mumbai : Xtranet Technologies Limited is an India-based information technology solutions and services provider, proposes to open its Initial Public Offering on Thursday, July 23, 2026 aiming to raise ₹ 166.80 Crore (At Upper Price Band), with shares to be listed on the NSE & BSE platform.
The Issue size is ₹ 166.80 Crore with a price band of ₹ 120 – ₹ 127 Per Share.
Equity Share Allocation
- QIB – Not More Than 50% of the Issue
- NII– Not Less Than 15% of the Issue
- Individual Investors – Not Less Than 35% of the Issue
The net proceeds from the IPO will be utilized for Repayment/pre-payment, in full or in part, of certain outstanding borrowings, Capital expenditure by Company for purchase and installation of systems and hardware, to meet working capital requirements and General Corporate Purposes. The Anchor bidding is on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, issue will open on Thursday, July 23, 2026 and will close on Monday, July 27, 2026.
