In his address, General Secretary Shri Nilesh Pawar highlighted the historic significance of the Bank Nationalisation Movement, stating that while public sector bankers have remained steadfast in serving the nation and economy over the decades, they often tend to overlook their own health amidst professional commitments. He appealed to employees to adopt a proactive approach towards preventive healthcare, observing that a healthy banker is better equipped to serve the institution, customers.
