Chhattisgarh received investment proposals worth Rs 9,580 crore across sectors including data centres, cement, semiconductor and GPU infrastructure, solar energy equipment manufacturing, textiles, pharmaceuticals and dairy processing at the Investors Connect programme held in Hyderabad on June 12, 2026.

Seven organisations submitted investment proposals that are expected to generate approximately 7,800 direct employment opportunities.

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai handed over “Invitation to Invest” letters to prospective investors. Commerce and Industries Minister Shri Lakhan Lal Dewangan, industrialists, investors and business representatives were present on the occasion.

Addressing the gathering, Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai said that Chhattisgarh offers streamlined approvals, a single-window system, infrastructure support and industry-oriented policies. He invited companies from Hyderabad, particularly those operating in the IT, pharmaceutical and logistics sectors, to explore investment opportunities in the state.

The Chief Minister said that Chhattisgarh has been organising investor outreach programmes in major cities across India and in countries including Japan and South Korea. He stated that these initiatives have resulted in investment proposals worth more than Rs 8 lakh crore.

The investment proposals received at the Investor Connect programme include a proposed investment of Rs 4,200 crore by Hypernext Data Center Limited for a data centre project, Rs 2,912 crore by Feegrade and Company Private Limited in the cement sector, Rs 1,000 crore by Nivai Labs Private Limited for semiconductor and GPU infrastructure, Rs 700 crore by SG Mart Limited for solar energy equipment manufacturing, Rs 528 crore by Shri Saravana Mills Private Limited in the textile sector, Rs 200 crore by Kabra Drugs in pharmaceutical manufacturing, and Rs 40 crore by Dinshaw’s Dairy Foods Private Limited in dairy processing and value addition. Together, these proposals amount to Rs 9,580 crore and are expected to generate approximately 7,800 direct employment opportunities.

Shri Sai also stated that the state has received investment proposals worth Rs 3.5 lakh crore in the energy sector and is working towards strengthening its position in the power sector.

During the visit, the Chief Minister and the state delegation held meetings with representatives of several companies, including Google India, IBM, Polycab India, Page Industries and Delta Electronics. Discussions focused on investment opportunities in Chhattisgarh, industrial infrastructure and the state’s industrial policies.

Among those present were Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Shri Subodh Singh, Chief Secretary Shri Vikas Sheel (IAS), Secretary, Department of Commerce & Industries Shri Rajat Kumar (IAS), Investment Commissioner Ms Ritu Sain (IAS), Managing Director, CSIDC Shri Vishwesh Kumar (IFS), CSIDC Chairman Shri Rajeev Agrawal, CII Chhattisgarh Chairman Shri Bajrang Goel, Director, Industries Department Shri Prabhat Malik, and other officials.
